For Bakker Klaas, located in the Wintercircus in Ghent and sharing its space with Studio Mario, we developed a motion layer that follows the rhythm of the place itself. Two brands, one space, each with its own personality, brought together through movement.

Working from the visual identity crafted by Birrd, the motion design amplifies the handcrafted feel of the brand. Subtle imperfections, playful timing, and tactile transitions help translate the warmth of the bakery into motion.

The result is a punchy yet understated motion system that strengthens the brand across digital touchpoints, adding energy without losing its human, made-by-hand character.
